Currently, Dr. Ngaage serves as a Plastic Surgery Resident at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. She developed a love of research and now has 100 publications, over 90 abstracts, and almost 150 national and international presentations. Her passion for Plastic Surgery began during her inaugural year at medical school. Throughout her medical career, Dr. Rowntree assumed key leadership roles within a number of plastic surgery organisations.
